• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please note that international orders will take longer to arrive! :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• My merchandise has been damaged! What do I do?

  While we'll do our best to ensure your package is wrapped and sent securely from our end, we sadly cannot make any guarantees of their condition during transit and upon delivery. Please bear this in mind when ordering from us. We pray that the light of Saeran will watch over your package.

  We hope for you to enjoy the labours of our love and will try our best to have an undamaged Saeran nestling in your hands! ^^

  Unfortunately, we have limited stock of our items and we cannot offer replacements for lost/damaged zines.

• I have an international order and I'm worried about my package getting lost during transit. Is there a guarantee that you'll have my package arrive safely?
